My product missing and then they was no responsible for me
My last product was missing and that is my favourite
Your order contained exactly what you ordered, the koya charm without beads. The product description mentions that you get the charm variant that you choose. Also you somehow expected 21 charms as per name BT21 charm which is totally absurd. Ofcourse we aren't going to take any responsibility for your assumptions while ordering.
Except the poster with human faces.. Everything else was fine.. That poster, faces looks distorted
It's small I was expecting it to be a little bigger
Quality is so good, I'm so satisfied
It was really cute...but I expected it to be a bit bigger
