Very very bad service and the owner is very rude if because of any problem you cancel the order she talks to you very rudely and also did not refund my money I'll suggest everyone not to purchase any item from dipped in doodles this woman is very arrogant
We have clearly mentioned in policies. We don't cancel or provide refunds. Moreover, I was asked if she can cancel the order, I said no. She still canceled it asking the delivery executive if she will get the refund or not. Reason of cancellation, order delayed by one day. If fr the return of an order worth 195/-, I am paying 200/- for return transit, why will I provide refunds. And don't expect me to be sweet when you do the same thing i said no to. I gave a solution of changing address, but person still chose to cancel.
